Descripción
Sweetheart table rental gives the couple a table of their own instead of a seat at the end of a long family table. It is the most photographed piece of furniture at the reception, so it is worth getting right.
What you get
- Sweetheart table sized for two, priced per table
- Delivery, placement, leveling and pickup
- Position coordinated with your planner and photographer
Where it works
Ballrooms, terraces, gardens and beach receptions in Cancún, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and Tulum. It also serves as a cake table or signing table for the ceremony when you want one clean surface at the front.
Placement decides the photos
The sweetheart table is where speeches point, where the first dance starts and where half the reception photos are framed. Put it against a wall and every picture has a wall in it. Put it against a backdrop or a lit surface and the same picture has depth. If you are hiring a photographer, ask them before the floor plan is locked, not after.
Pairing
Matches our walnut and white tables so the head table belongs to the room rather than standing apart. Two cross back or Tiffany chairs complete it.
Logistics
Delivered assembled and leveled, with pads for sand and uneven ground. We set it in place before the room opens and confirm the angle with the planner so the speeches and the first dance both work from the same spot.
Price shown is per table for a single event day within the Riviera Maya. Travel outside the coverage area is quoted on request.
