Sound built for a full convention hall
A line array is not hired for the speakers, it is hired for the coverage. When 900 people fill a ballroom with a high ceiling, what matters is that the back row hears the same as the front row, and that a voice stays intelligible at the same volume people are dancing to. That is what this line array sound system rental is for.
It is the step above our RCF Premium Sound System: a third more coverage and twice the low end, with a dedicated crew on site.
What the rental includes
- 8 x RCF HDL 20-A line array modules with 2 support bumpers
- 4 x RCF SUB 8006-AS subwoofers
- 1 x Yamaha DM3 digital console
- 2 x Shure wireless microphones
- 1 x QSC K12 stage monitor
- Professional XLR and power cabling
- 2 technicians and 1 audio operator on site
- Setup, sound check and teardown at each venue
- Transport and handling included
Best suited for
Corporate conventions, closing parties, concerts and large wedding receptions of 500 to 1,000 guests, indoors or outdoors, anywhere in the Riviera Maya: Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Morelos, Tulum and Bacalar.
What the venue needs to provide
A power drop at the stage position and an access window for setup and teardown. Everything else travels with us.
Price shown is per event day, in Mexican pesos. DJ service is quoted separately.
