Where it works
Cocktail hour, welcome drinks, terraces, poolside receptions and corporate mixers across the Riviera Maya. They also work during the party as landing spots at the edge of the dance floor, so guests are not carrying glasses onto it.
How many and where
The usual rule is one high top per eight to ten standing guests, spread so nobody is more than a few steps from one. Cluster them away from the bar, not next to it: tables beside the bar create a queue, tables across the room pull people out of it.
Pairing
Works alongside the welcome drink station and lounge furniture for a cocktail area that has both standing and seated options. If the cocktail hour runs into the evening, ambient lighting on the tables is what keeps the area alive once the sun drops.
Logistics
Delivered and placed before guest arrival, then struck once dinner starts if the space is needed for something else — tell us in advance so the crew stays for the transition. On sand and uneven ground we level with pads.
Price shown is for the set for a single event day within the Riviera Maya. Extra tables and travel outside the coverage area are quoted on request.
