Descripción
Welcome drink station is what turns the arrival from a queue into a moment. Guests come off a shuttle in the heat, and the difference between a cold drink waiting at the door and a bar twenty metres away is the difference between a party that starts warm and one that takes an hour to find its feet.
What you get
- Station structure and surface
- Styling and placement by our crew
- Delivery, setup and strike
Where it works
Ceremony entrances, cocktail hour, hotel lobbies and the top of the path from the shuttle drop, at resorts and villas across the Riviera Maya.
Put it before the seating, not after
The station has to be on the path guests are already walking, ahead of the point where they choose a seat. Placed after the seating, half the room never reaches it. Placed at the door, everyone does — and a guest with a drink in hand takes the photo in front of your welcome wall instead of walking past it.
What we cover and what we do not
We supply and style the station. Drinks, ice, glassware and the person pouring are normally the venue's or the caterer's, since most resorts require their own staff for anything served. Confirm that split with your planner early — it is the most common gap on the day.
Pairing
Works with cocktail tables so guests have somewhere to stand, and with colored glassware to carry the palette from the first drink onward.
Logistics
Set before guest arrival and struck after the transition to dinner. Outdoor placement needs a level surface and shade if arrival is in the afternoon.
Price shown is for a single event day within the Riviera Maya. Travel outside the coverage area is quoted on request.
