Where it works
Entrances, hotel lobbies, garden paths and the top of the stairs at resorts across Cancún, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and Tulum. It also doubles as a photo backdrop through cocktail hour if you place it where there is room for people to stand back.
Give it space and light
Two things ruin a welcome wall. The first is putting it in a corridor where nobody can step back far enough to photograph it. The second is leaving it dark: after sunset an unlit wall disappears entirely. Budget a metre and a half of clearance in front and a pair of warm fixtures on it, and it works all night.
Pairing
Pairs with a welcome sign and the welcome drink station to make the entrance a full moment instead of a doorway. For photo coverage, a photo booth nearby uses the same traffic.
Logistics
Built on site, so we need access before guest hours and a level surface with wind protection. Open beach placement needs ballast and is weather dependent — we confirm the position with your planner the day before.
Price shown is for a single event day within the Riviera Maya. Custom lettering, florals and travel outside the coverage area are quoted on request.
